Public right: regulates the rules of competence of the State and the Public Power in relation to the private. Examples: creation of penal rules, taxes, fees and contributions for improvements, among other examples.
Private right: they are regulated norms between the individuals themselves. Examples: purchase and sale agreement, donations, among other examples.
